This 21 year-old female who is 5’6” tall and weighs 135 pounds wanted to increase her breast size. An incision was made at the bottom edge of the nipple areola complex. A 310-375cc saline implant was placed and filled to a final fill volume of 375cc on the right and 355cc on the left.
