This 35-year-old female who is 5’5″ tall and weighs 125 pounds was dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen. After having children, she developed laxity to her abdominal wall. A mini-abdominoplasty was performed, which included abdominal muscle tightening and a conservative skin excision.
