Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1992, Dr. Alspaugh is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Medical Society of Virginia, the Virginia Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
