Age 54 Female – Full Facelift
This youthful patient was unhappy with the age related changes of her face and neck. We decided on a comprehensive approach. She underwent a full facelift with neck rejuvenation and liposculpture to her cheeks and periorbital area as well as a subcutaneous brow lift and lip lift. Fat grafting was utilized to compensate for her slight malar atrophy as well as in her tear trough areas. A lip lift was carried out to shorten the distance between her upper lip and her nose and to make the appearance of her top lip more prominent. She had some slight asymmetry in her brows that was addressed during her brow lift.
